Privacy

This site uses no cookies, trackers or analytics. The only personal data it collects is what you write in the contact form. If you pause the videos, your browser remembers that choice on your device and sends it nowhere.

Data controller

Matteo Sammarco, working as Samma Productions. For any request:

studio [at] sammaproductions.com

What is collected

Your name, email and message, when you send the form. They are used only to answer your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Where it goes

The site and the form run on Cloudflare, which delivers your message as an email to the studio’s Apple iCloud inbox. The site doesn’t save it in any database. Cloudflare also handles technical data such as your IP address, for security and to limit abuse. Both are US providers, so data may be processed outside the EU.

How long

Emails stay in the inbox for as long as they’re needed to handle your request and any work that follows. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
